Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
• After 6 hours, cancellation will not be accepted as the order gets processed.

Return Policy

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

Refund Policy

• After receiving and inspecting the product, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Note: In some cases, ₹150 will be deducted as delivery/handling charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

• COD refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI
• Customers must share their Bank Account details or UPI ID on our WhatsApp support (6205580750)

Wrong or Damaged Product

• If you receive a wrong or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Please share clear photos/videos as proof
• After 48 hours, CargoHoods will not be responsible for such claims

Exchange Policy

• No exchange available
• Customers can return the product and place a new order

• CargoHoods reserves the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the policy conditions
