1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and unwashed.
• In its original condition.
• With original tags and packaging intact.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns will not be accepted for:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect size selected by the customer.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Customized or personalized products.
3. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
If a return request is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount or paid by the customer before pickup, depending on the return method.
4. REFUND PROCESS
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
• Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another agreed method within 5–10 business days.
Any applicable return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
In such cases, CargoHoods may provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
