Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Most orders are delivered within 8 business days from the date of dispatch.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• CargoHoods reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
5. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• COD may be available on selected orders and locations.
• CargoHoods reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain orders, products, or regions.
7. DAMAGED PACKAGE
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
